I offer a free 20 minute initial phone call, so you can get a sense of whether you feel comfortable and whether counselling with me feels right for you.

If you feel ready to continue, we can arrange an Initial Consultation session at a time that fits around your life.

I have a practice room in Bushey, where I offer face-to-face counselling, I also hold sessions online via Zoom and telephone sessions.

Counselling sessions last for 50 mins on the same day and time each week - Fee £60
