My Approach

My approach is gentle and reflective.  I am a warm, empathic Counsellor, who values building a trusting relationship, working alongside you with care, curiosity and compassion.  I aim to support you to develop greater self-understanding and emotional resilience, so that you can make long-lasting, meaningful changes and feel more at ease with yourself.

Life can sometimes feel confusing or stuck, especially when old patterns keep repeating or emotions feel overwhelming. Together, we can look at what might be going on beneath the surface and how past experiences may still be influencing the present.

Psychodynamic counselling focuses on uncovering the deeper roots of emotional distress. Rather than offering advice or quick solutions, I work collaboratively with you to explore the unconscious influences that shape your relationships and behaviour. Sessions provide a consistent and confidential space where you can talk freely and be met with curiosity and empathy.

Together, we can explore what has been holding you back and support you to move towards a more grounded, confident and settled sense of yourself.
